23.01.2022 #bushtime @woodfordfolkfestival has a portal that transports you away from the crazy hectic times of today, into a magical love filled world of nature, creativity and music. We've just finished 2 weeks at #woodfordia, feeding many happy campers who enjoyed this wonderful getaway. A huge thank you to our loyal customers, so great to see the same faces day after day and get to know you all a little. A much slower, calmer pace than the folk festival we all know and love, but e...qually special for different reasons. Relaxed floating in the lake, fabulous workshops to teach you new skills, live music out in the open with a cold beer, bushwalks, or just chill in a hammock and read your book...... Sounds pretty good hey! And we're there the feed you yummy healthy food so you don't even have to cook ! 14.01.2022 We have been getting some rave reviews this week at The Bushtime camp @woodfordfolkfestival site for our breakfast Banh Mi a toasted Vietnamese baguette filled with 2 free range eggs, fresh asain herbs, pickled carrot, diakon, home made patè, mayo topped with crunchy fried shallots and if you like a bit of chilli nouc chum and shiracha. YUMMMMMMMM an absolute explosion of flavours. Alternative to the eggs are marinated tofu, sticky hoisin pork or garlic chicken.
