05.01.2022 It’s been a while since I climbed a mountain. The excitement was real! My first time at Gariwerd and it definitely won’t be my last. It’s a beautiful part of the world. Being in wild places is what sustains and inspires me and my teaching. I’ve been thinking for about the ways yoga can ignite and nourish our our sense of connection with the non-human world and what this means for our willingness to tread gently on the planet and tackle climate change. I’m so excited about wha...t next year holds for Claudia Loves Yoga. Thanks to this guy for the fun times and for the mountain climbing. I’m sure a 20km hike plus a run in with a snake is not exactly what he wanted for his first day out of the city for a while. I love you @adambandt
