19.01.2022 What are the Dip Liquids? No. 1 Primer - The first step in our dip system is our Primer. This is applied first to prep the nail and ensure layers adhere easily and to also nourish the nail bed. No. 2 Base Coat - The second step in our system is our Base Coat. This is used before dipping in powder, our Base Coat allows the powder to adhere to the area applied.... No. 3 Activator - The third step in our dip system is our Activator. This is used to harden the powder and seal all coats so the nail can be filed and buffed. No. 4 Top Coat - The fourth step in our dip system is the Top Coat. This is used to create shine and it is specially formulated to work with the dip powder. No. 5 Brush Saver - The last bottle is for cleaning brushes between and during applications, dissolving any leftover powder. It maintains a soft and clean brush during applications.
