25.01.2022 This is a Flashback Friday of a big boy Blaze. Arriving at just 125g and 2 days old this little man won over the whole family that were meant to just be temporary and has never left his first home. He is now an 8kg baby.

She wants her family - she will lay on your lap, chest or any free body space you have . She is litter trained and loves her food. 21.01.2022 Katniss is a special flashback Friday. She came into care at just 3 days old. Found her amazing furrever home and lived with them for just over a year before family illness meant she had to come back into care.. now she is with another wonderful family living a very spoiled happy life.

16.01.2022 Spring has sprung in the world of foster care! Another 2 babies born in care to a mum that was surrendered just days before. You can hear the gentle words of our foster carers children. Fostering teaches so much. It also teaches mummy cats like to be left alone. I assure you she was only being checked on and not touched. No applications will be taken just yet.

16.01.2022 Without amazing people like Kathryn Crawley we could not do what we do. It's donations like these that give us the help we need. Did you know Claws n Paws receive no funding at all for what we do? All our carers are volunteers and often need to purchase their own food and litter for the animals. But donations like this will help a carer or 2 save a little money this week.... Thank you Kathryn Crawley

15.01.2022 URGENT HELP REQUIRED We are in desperate need of crate s New or Used in good condition, to help with the influx of Cats and kittens. We have taken in around 150 in the last month! And more and more people are asking for help ....With the Somersby RSPCA now closed for the public, we are only going to experience a higher number of animals needing assistance . We have had quite a number of people expressing interest in joining the C n P team to help with cats and kittens, we are now looking for Ex large crates + so we can accomodate a single adult cat or a couple of kittens or a pregnant mum to keep them safe while in care if you can donate a crate or a few $$ towards one please let us know we appreciate any offers of kindness

03.01.2022 Does anyone remember the handsome Mr. Bundi from a few weeks ago? So this gorgeous man is still looking for his furever home! Bundi is a beautiful well behaved young man who has a lot of energy. He loves his walks and walks really well on a short lead. Due to bundi's size and him thinking he is still a small lap dog, he will be better suited to a family with older kids. He does jump up on you in excitement and we are working on that with bundi to stop it. Bundi will need... ongoing basic training. He is eager to learn and just wants love. He gets long well with other dogs and cats but a meet and greet will be needed. Strong tall fencing will also be needed for bundi. Bundi will be better suited to an active home in which he can be involved with. Due to bundi's owner passing away and him not being Microchipped at the time we do not have an exact age for him, we do know that he is between 1 to 2yrs of age. He loves to play with ropes and loves to destroy those very scary toys that have the squeakers in them - we all know how truly scary they are He will need a very secure backyard and 6 foot fences. All his work has been done- Desexed, Mircochipped, vaccinated, fleaed and wormed so this man is ready to come into your life and love you forever. 01.01.2022 6 year old Peppa is a very affectionate and attentive girl. She loves her people and would love to spend every waking minute with them. She is used to being outside in the day time and enjoys lazing in the sun. However once it's night time she would love to curl up on the lounge and watch your favourite TV show with you. She sleeps inside in a cosy laundry or other dry places and is quite the nanna preferring to go to bed around 8pm. ... She does have a couple character flaws however. She does have sleep aggression so please let her know when your moving around her when she's asleep. She is also anxious in thunderstorms or around firework time. She has a lovely temperament with people and would suit a family with older kids or couples. She is quite a dominant dog so she would prefer to be an only dog with no other pets.
