25.01.2022 Having a run with Winston. 2.5 weeks old now

25.01.2022 Lucy the TB joined us today. Her nickname is Loose Lips and she is hopefully in foal to our stallion Ryder for what I refer to as a ‘clumper ‘ lol. Lucy is only with us for one season and is our frozen semen test mare :-)

24.01.2022 Sasquatch has her stitches out today and did some posing on the grass. Her sire Ryder watched on in the background :-)

16.01.2022 Ahhh horses aren’t they the best! Little miss Sasquatch decided her life wasn’t exciting enough and gave herself a massive cut on the bum She wasn’t really interested in it being cleaned and we knew it would need stitching so she was loaded on the float with her friend Gwinny and driven into town for the vet. Despite being a new place with lots of new things and being really noisy she did quite well. Soaked in the atmosphere etc without losing her mind. She did need sedation... cos it was pretty ouchy and she really didn’t like the local going in. But she is all stitched up now. Loaded on the float again like a champ and is home and resting again. 03.01.2022 Lucy is for sale if anyone is looking for a smart young horse to bring on! Lucy is an exceptional Clydie x filly registered as Claylee Lucille. Born September ...2017 - Lucy has just turned 3yr old and is currently standing at over 16hh and of solid but athletic conformation. Lucy’s expected height at maturity is 16.1hh+ Lucy is 50% thoroughbred, 25% Gypsy and 25% clydie. Her Sire is Claylee the Gambler drum horse. Lucy’s select breeding boasts athleticism and bone. She is bred with versatility and will become whatever you wish of her. Lucy was backed lightly, farm trailed but has never been ridden excessively due to her age and maturing bones. She has a cheeky but loveable nature and has no dirt. Successfully shown in hand prior to backing, she handled the busy showing atmosphere well and brought home a few ribbons too! Lucy is young and although she goes nicely under saddle she is a baby, she does have baby moments (the odd nap and I don’t want to) and has not had the legs ridden off her. Due to her age and size we believe she would do well with a short spell to continue growing before giving her big girl mileage. This is a seriously impressive young filly that has consistent compliments and turns heads wherever she goes. Clean bill and history of health, nice to handle. Lead, tie, float, trim, wash etc. has always been an honest ride under saddle and is very what you see is what you get. She will tell you how she’s feeling. She is young, so again would only be sold to a competent home who can continue to educate her and establish her further under saddle. Honest reason for sale with owner having a very busy work schedule and genuinely lacking time. Someone will get the horse of a lifetime with this young lady. 7k negotiable
