25.01.2022 Starting a template for a ls blower manifold with efi and still low as possible, this d type psi blower makes the ls look small

24.01.2022 Drivers side all done, this side is higher then passengers side to keep the heat away from a/c compressor so it gets icy cold in the cab on hot days, still has plenty of room to get to the plugs and leads

24.01.2022 75l fuel tank for HJ Kingswood, clears the 9 inch and sway bar with enough room either side to run 2 exhaust’s and is tucked up neatly

18.01.2022 Got all the exhaust all finished up on the big turbo hi kingswood. Single 5 inch dump off the turbo down in between the rail and engine with no mods to body , then splits into twin 3inch with 2 x hot dogs at the front, 2 x chamber type mufflers in the middle, up and over the diff and into 2 x 350 long round mufflers, Exhaust is solid mounted to the body and using the flex joints to take up any movement allows the exhaust to be really close to the floor without vibrating or rattling and not having the exhaust hanging down. Next will be to start working out the sheet metal inlet I’m making and the intercooler

18.01.2022 Finished up a 105l fuel tank for the xy I did the cold air intake and intercooler piping on, customer wanted to run mufflers at the back with twin 3 inch up and over the diff exhaust so needed the fuel tank to be floor level instead of dropping through the floor. Tank still mounts in factory bolt holes and uses the factory fill point aswell, I used the pro flow billet 4 pump holder and used 3 Walbro 460l pumps and mounted the factory sender off the carrier and used the spare power studs to run the sender signal, I also put a 7 litre surge tank on the bottom of the tank that the pump hanger sits down into acting as a surge tank to save on extra pumps and tanks taking up boot space.

16.01.2022 This is the old manifold I had replace with my 4 into 1 steam pipe manifold, as you can see the collector doesn’t work properly and pushes into some ports and pulls through others but changes when the air flow changes ports

16.01.2022 Gt55 on a lS2 in a customers hj kingswood, 4 into 1 on passenger side all tacked together and spark plugs and leads are accessible, had to make the manifold really tight onto the block to get the 5 inch dump pipe in and no mods to inner guards or fire wall now onto the drivers side and crossover pipe

12.01.2022 Another cylinder head saved from the bin, the base the valve seat insert sits on had been ported to much and left a week surface and the valve kept leaking down after a few hot laps

11.01.2022 Had a customer wanting some intercooler piping and cold air induction done on his procharged xy Falcon, I didn’t want to put any holes in the guard to drop the air filter into fresh air so I made this box which houses a panel filter behind the procharger elbow and has it own sealed passage down the passenger side of the engine and a sealed section for the boost to enter into the box whilst still retaining the function of the shaker. The box is sealed and the shaker sits throu...gh the bonnet and will act like an air damn when driving, once the car is sorted the channel on the drivers side will sealed up and turned into a catch catch can with a little k&n filter inside the box but not into the intake channel so it will be able to pass engineering. I have used rubber sealed v-band joiners to attach the intercooler and cold air piping to the box so it’s easy to remove if he needs to adjust the blow through set up. Car will be back next week to have the piping finished and a 80l fuel tank made to fit the boot floor and have mufflers in the centre See more

09.01.2022 R1 motorbike crank case repaired around the clutch area, bike had been in a little accident and the motor is going in a speedway car

07.01.2022 My customer couldn’t get his inlet manifold to flow properly so I built up around the outside the runners so he can port his manifold to make it work correctly, there is nearly 20 mm of built up weld in some sections lol

02.01.2022 Toolbox made to suit customers requirements, 2550x500x300, made out of 6061 3mm alloy for strength with removable partitions to keep items separated or remove if needed, all four locks run the same key so there’s no need for 4 different keys when unlocking and the gas struts work a treat once the locks are unlatched
