03.01.2022 This is a blog that is dear to my heart. Over the years Ive helped many people with depression and over those years Ive learned many things about depression. One major learning Ive had is that it is becoming more and more prevalent in peoples lives. As we advance medically, we seem to be going backwards in areas like depression. Whats happening here?! Are we as humans defected and simply have issues that only modern day medicine can fix, or is there something that might have wrong? or many things?
