24.01.2022 Nankervis Lane Project - This house is situated on acreage just out of town and the large windows at the rear of the house take in the beautiful creek and paddock views. Plastering is completed throughout - starting to feel like a home. This house has 3600 high ceilings through out and the raked ceilings in the living areas add height and a great open feel about it. The arched doorway in the hallway is from the original homestead and was re - installed to keep some of the old homestead history.

22.01.2022 Our crew is all rested and ready for another big year - we have been a bit quiet on FB but I will be posting a few photos of our new projects as well as some from the end of last year. These photos are of slab preparation and pour at Glenrowan Football Club Netball Change rooms

21.01.2022 The team at Cleal Constructions have been very busy recently making progress on this new custom home build in Cambridge drive Wangaratta. Below are some photos ...of the foundations and the waffle pod slab with 3 different floor levels. Hydronic heating was installed into the slab prior to pouring to keep this home warm during winter.

18.01.2022 Our Vernon Road project is an extension and renovation to a grand old dame called " Clontaft ". Clontaft was built in 1906 and owned by the same family for the past 100 years until our clients purchased it a couple of years ago. The new family room and meals area slab were poured prior to Christmas as well as framing and trusses. Extensive renovations will take place within the existing house shortly with the wall between the existing house and new extension being removed and opening up this space to form the new kitchen and walk in pantry that will be built on the same floor level as the existing house as well as renovations inside the existing house including the construction of a new master ensuite , master walk in robe , new main bathroom , new laundry and rear foyer area.

18.01.2022 Glenrowan Project - External Concreting completed, internal fit off done - all ready for hand over to the Rural City of Wangaratta. A huge thanks to our great group of contractors for helping get this completed in a minimal time frame

17.01.2022 The team at Cleal Constructions have recently completed the structural steel, two storey frame and trusses at this custom home project in Cambridge drive. The roof was put on just in time before Wangaratta copped the heavy downfall of rain. This home is going to be one to impress once its completed and is an example of why the team at Cleal Constructions love that everything we do is one of a kind.

15.01.2022 Nankervis Lane Project - We have preserved the tops off the existing house chimneys and removed them by crane at demolition stage - here is a photo of them being lifted back into place onto new bricked up chimneys after they had been carefully re- rendered and cleaned. Specially made frames were made to remove these extremely old tops and with the expert touch of our mate Rosco on the crane they were lifted back into place

14.01.2022 Cleal Constructions are honoured to become a '' Friend of Nesay '' by helping to raise money to keep our youth safe and in housing. If you see these jars around town please support them , every bit helps.

06.01.2022 Cambridge Drive project finished off a big year for us with handover at Christmas time. This project had us using a lot of new products that we were working with for the first time and we are very proud with how it all came together. A huge thanks to our team of carpenters , subcontractors and suppliers for all working on this show stopper. Internal photos to follow soon

05.01.2022 Glenrowan Project - blockwork up , blockwork core filled and all ready for steel trusses

03.01.2022 Cleal Constructions started a new custom home last year that will be a stunner - this new home replaces an old homestead that was to be extended onto but with too much termite damage it was decided to pull down the existing and rebuild to match the old part. We currently have this up to lockup stage and it will be exciting to see the finished product
