Let sit for 5 minutes before cooking Add a teaspoon of Locako vanilla creamer to the pancake mix. Add a few drops of banana milk drops to whipped cream. 01.01.2022 1/4 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup coconut sugar 1/2 cup peanut butter protein powder 1 large egg 1 large egg white... 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 2 tablespoons coconut flour 3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine the peanut butter, salt, egg, coconut sugar, egg white, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix until ingredients are well blended and sprinkle baking soda over the top. Work the coconut flour and protein powder into the mixture with a rubber spatula until slightly sticky, then fold in chocolate chips. Scoop the cookie dough with a tablespoon and place onto the baking sheet. Flatten the dough. Bake for 6 minutes until the edges are a soft golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
