22.01.2022 Dear Customers As the situation concerning the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to develop, we felt it was important to communicate to you that we have already implemented preventative steps company-wide to address the concerns and minimize the spread of the illness. Our first priority is always to protect the safety and well-being of our employees and customers. It is with this in mind that we take the matter seriously and strive to remain well informed. Decisions base...d on proper information allow us to take appropriate and preventative measures without panic or fear. All employees have been asked to contact their supervisor immediately if they are not feeling well so that it can be determined if they should come to work or not, based on symptoms and other factors. We do not want any employees who are sick to come to work during this time. some extra measures that we are implementing at clean & green pest managers to protect our team, customers and our local community are as follows All our technicians have completed the Australian government infection control course for covid-19 Our technicians will be wearing gloves for all interior treatments and the gloves will be disposed of and replaced after each service Face Masks have been provided to all our technicians and will be used when requested at residential and commercial property’s Handshakes have been removed from our greetings with customers this is not a sign of a lack of respect but to help reduce the risk of transmission. We have also implemented disinfecting protocols for both technicians and office staff. These protocols are designed around the specific work space of the employee and are instructed to be followed several times a day. when calling our office to book a appointment you may be asked by our staff if anyone in your family is showing signs of the flu and if anyone in your family has arrived from overseas in the last 14 days. All company vehicles will be disinfected weekly Most importantly we are still open for business as usual , but will be introducing these precautions for you and your family’s safety to greatly reduce if not eliminate the risk of infection.

Make no mistake, Australias carpenter ants will damage wood. In fact along with termites they are one of the most aggressive destroyers of timber or wood. However, they are quite different to the termites as carpenter ants do no...t eat the wood. The carpenter ant causes damage to wooden items or timber structures by boring into the wood to build their nests. Because the damage is caused from only excavation of tunnels and not a continuous consumption of their food, the Australian carpenter ants cause less damage than that of a subterranean termite found in Australia.
