23.01.2022 I want to make things clear. As the negative feedback was left on my page from a new client I was suppose to do a clean for, I became unwell and contacted her in the morning as I was feeling worse and couldn't clean as I thought I was doing the right thing by bot going to clean as I didn't want to take a risk getting and of my clients and there children sick. Especially with this covid 19 going on I would expect the same in return from any clients.. Just not worth taking... a risk. I will stand up and defend my small business as i have a good reputation with my clients and have a passion for my cleaning. I can take negative feedback if it's fair not when someon is just being unfair and vindictive. I am upset about this situation and have explained myself many times to her. I have asked her to remove herself from my page as I don't want or need negative people causing drama over a situation that could of been avoided. Many times I have had last minute cancellations and even when I have arrived, but never would I abuse anyone over this and totally understand these circumstances can happen.
