03.01.2022 We are looking for a motivated labourer to join our growing company for an immediate start. We are a small family-owned restoration company with a factory based in Geebung, Brisbane. Job will be on an on-call basis as we are a 24/7 emergency service. Must be available to work weekends and after hours as required. Approximately 20-38 hrs may be available depending on workload. ... This role will be a casual position with the possibility to go full-time hours after a probation period. Applicant needs to be willing to work in all restoration services provided by the company. About the company: Cleaning & Restoration Services Australia, provide specialist restoration services to properties that have suffered water/flood damage, fire and smoke damage and bad odour. We conduct restoration works for burst water pipes under sinks, broken hot water systems that have leaked into the property, water intrusion from storms and rising rivers, drainage backflow damage, fire/smoke damage from building fires, electrical fires and accidental fires. We offer a 24 hrs/ 7 days a week emergency service. Cleaning & Restoration Services Australia provides services to the domestic, property management and insurance markets. Some of the duties you will be required to perform are: - heavy lifting - installation and removal of drying equipment - contents listing - contents disposal - removal of flooring eg. carpet, click clack flooring etc. - general labour - general cleaning - water extraction (training will be provided) The successful candidate will have the following: Be available to work additional hours. Well-presented and display a high level of customer service. Have own reliable transport to and from Geebung. Have a White card or happy to get one. Able to work unsupervised & be a Team-player. Police check or happy to get one Full valid Driver's Licence (Manual) Excellent communications and customer service skills. Pragmatic can-do attitude. High level of initiative with the ability to take personal responsibility and drive activities to agreed outcomes. Ability to undertake work outside of normal business hours as required.
