23.01.2022 Had the pleasure of doing the initial clean @ this gorgeous 4 story building in Gardenvale. Unfortunately the outgoing contractor missed all the telltale things we see constantly when quoting body corporate buildings which made the initial clean quite a job! 1) Glass never squeegeed and always spot cleaned leaving a streaky mess everywhere. (There's got to be a squeegee schedule, minimum monthly with a building like this) 2) Chrome work in the lift looked like it had been cle...aned with the wrong product. Our current stock of chrome polish is easy to apply, doesn't leave the surface oily and leaves a uniform finish. 3) Lift tracks full of dirt & debri which in turn can cause the tracks to cease... we've seen this happen many times! - You don't want to know how expensive elevator companies call-outs are! 4) Emergency stairwell looked as though it had never been cleaned since the building was built. (We emptied the vac 4 times just for the stairwell!) The owner of this building will be wrapped with the state of the building now. Simple communication and a solid scope make servicing buildings like this a piece of cake!

12.01.2022 This right here is a perfect example why we choose Pacvac Pty Ltd vacuum cleaners, don't see many Pullman vacuums being filled to capacity and still sucking like a champ! If we were using a Pullman vac for this body corporate job we would have emptied the canister 3 times (in twice the time) to get the same result with 1 change on the Pacvac. The guys down Hannaford's Cleaning Trade Supply know what we're talking about! Much love Pacvac, tried a few different suppliers however still keep coming back to you guys for our replacements!
