The current advice we have received from the Department of Health and Human Services is that there is no extra cause for worry. It is the collective responsibility of everyone to ensure we are acting with a sense of urgency and responsibility to both ourselves and those around us in an effort to minimise the transmission and impact of th...e virus. Our lovely staff have maintained and increased the level of hygiene practices to ensure the best environment for the health of all. This includes: constant disinfection of all devices after every use. meticulous hand hygiene between client appointments. hand sanitiser usage. self quarantine measures for 14 days of any staff member that has returned from any of the high risk areas in the last few weeks no matter if they are symptomatic or not. To date, we have not had to implement this policy - as none of our staff have travelled overseas in the past 3 months. Avoid hand-shaking, hugging and kissing. Big smiles are always recommended. While concern, worry and fear of the unknown are normal and expected reactions to the current situation, we encourage you not to panic and to go about your day to day business as usual, doing your best to look after yourself and others.
