22.01.2022 We’re rounding off a super busy week of installs here at Clean Power with another 56 customers across NSW & QLD changing to greener power habits This particular customer in Caboolture, Queensland wanted to make some positive changes for the environment and after hearing solar would also reduce their household bills, they couldn’t wait to have this shiny new system installed. 20.01.2022 South Australia has smashed its second milestone in 2 consecutive months. In September 94% of the states’ demand for electricity was covered by solar power! It’s only the 2nd week into October and SA has already hit 100% power demand over the weekend from rooftop and large-scale solar combined. How incredible is that! ... Solar power provided the state with 1307MW of made energy, residential rooftop solar making up 75% of this total and all 3 of south Australia’s largest solar farms were at maximum capacity during this exciting period too. 18.01.2022 We are so happy with this 12.2kW system for our customer in Orange, New South Wales Even though they already had solar power, their power bills were still reaching $800 a quarter. 09.01.2022 Q: If my energy requirements change, can I upgrade my system? A: Absolutely! If there is space on your roof that allows for extra solar panels you can add them at any time. This will increase the size of your system and might mean you need to consider a larger inverter size to accomodate the power generated. Some people purchase a bigger inverter than is needed initially if they know they will be wanting to increase the system size at a later date. If the system you alre...ady have was not installed by us and doesn’t meet regulation, we would be able to reinstall it to ensure you have a safe and working system providing you with power. After announcing its renewable target of 200% by 2040 at the beginning of this month, the state has also announced the government will switch to using 100% electric vehicles by 2030 it has already begun installing 14 quick-charges and 23 workplace & destination charging ports statewide ready for rollout. Switching the vehicles to electric will save around $6million in fuel costs and reduce carbon emissions by 13,000 tonnes!! ...
