08.01.2022 Recently, 2 of my clients shared with me that people close to them suggested that they have body dysmorphic disorder because of the healthier choices they were ...making while working with me. My method is interesting. I am less is more- I power my clients with a few very efficient concepts and the shift is always remarkable when what I ask is followed. Based on permission, I shift diet, food mindset, strength ideologies and offer insight into how the body works on a cellular level based on the relationship between quantum physics and molecular chemistry. It is actually so simple. So that was the back story. Here is my TED talk. When you look at someone who is making good choices for themselves- and you deem it extreme because it is something you wouldn’t do- it is because you don’t respect yourself enough to do difficult things, it is not because they have a disorder. Clean eating is not a disorder, bitch. In order to achieve something difficult, you have to give something up. Always. And the return is usually tenfold. When people decide to go plant-based, fast, exercise, focus their lifestyle toward a more responsible effort to honor their highest self- and you shame them with your labels... you reveal the truth of how hateful and damaged you are. And you are about enlightened as a soggy cardboard box with a hole in it. Every day people are allowed to try to do extraordinary things with their lives. I help people overcome what they have been told is impossible. Without a million supplements or prescription drugs, drastic measures, or invasive and unsustainable solutions I shift and show them how to recalibrate their bodies so it can slay what ails them. In order to do that, they do things that you might find difficult. Ask anyone who has worked with me for even a few months what their life looks like. It is unrecognizable. The way they look at themselves is the damn opposite of Body dysmorphic disorder they see themselves as powerful. Balance is everything sure. Moderation is key- ok. But not in every instance. In some cases, you have to tip the balance and change the new normal of what moderation looks like. Cute how you think 3 hours of Netflix is healthy but 3 hours of physical activity is... extreme. Interesting how you think that eating an animal that has been tortured it’s whole life is not extreme, but juicing green vegetables everyday is. So, on behalf of the people who are in the pursuit of a higher state of self, I ask that those who are judging and shaming them to please take your labels and your personal dysmorphic disorder of the soul and come fight me instead. Or at the very least... shut up and sit down.
