20.01.2022 As the COVID-19 restrictions have relaxed slightly, we have also decided to increase our clinic hours. So from next week we will be open Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 9am - 12 o'clock. Over and out for another week, and yes, this is me working from home.

09.01.2022 As something a little different, and a lot more fun, let's have a happy hour on Friday 1 May between 5 - 6pm. Pour a glass or cup of your favourite beverage. Have a plate of nibbles. Go outside, if possible. Add music to the experience.... Phone or Skype family, or a friend, for a chat. Raise a glass and drink a toast to yourself. Let me know your beverage of choice.
