20.01.2022 I CAN'T - Does not exist in our vocabulary. This is how we NOW move It's been 2 weeks and EVERYONE has stepped up to the plate.... Some of us have been on a steep tech learning curve, others have had to finally succumb to FB and others have just rolled out of bed and landed in the lounge room We are getting better and better every single day. The challenge of this new world will not break us. This is our way of keeping in touch with our fitness buddies. This is our way of continuing our health journey and not quitting on ourselves or each other. Many of us have been together for years. I especially love helping menopausal women get over their own limiting beliefs to achieve amazing transformations.
