12.01.2022 Just thought I would share this it explains. What happens to eps boards. The slightest hole causes problems. We get repairs come in that the boards are full of water. It can take weeks for them to dry. If you fix them straight away with the water in. They deteriate fast after that. This is why you don’t see many eps epoxy boards around over 5 years old. Are they eco definitely not. The only old eps boards I see still going after years of surfing are Bert burgers sunova because they are made properly.
