25.01.2022 The Clemens Eco Roll Bio mulch roller is the alternative to mulching - it compresses the vegetation as the spades that are fitted to the roller bend and knock down the stalks, thereby producing a carpet of mulch that encourages good shaded composting. The plants then grow through and produce the next carpet of organic material. With legumes, this method stimulates the growth of the rhizobia and increases nitrogen fixing.

25.01.2022 For young or existing vineyards with very crooked canes in which more safety from the sensor is required, the Clemens finger hoe works directly around the plant and breaks up the island (shadow) to gently remove the soil and weeds directly around the vine. Upon contact with the vine, the finger is pushed to the side, which means that it can be used with young and old vines.

19.01.2022 Weve just delivered the Clemens Radius Plus Undervine Weeder and Clemens Column Lift S5 to the Massena Stonegarden Vineyards at Springton in the Adelaide Hills. It was fitted with a side slope adjustment and attached to a New Holland Boomer 50 tractor. We are pleased to report that the customer is very happy with the results. Congratulations also to Massena for winning 3 medals at the Barossa Wine Show last week you are obviously kicking some goals!

16.01.2022 The Clemens Subsoiler has been specifically developed to break up compacted soil, ensuring it is otimally aerated and its ability to retain water is maximized. Plants can take up nutrients more efficiently again, remain healthy and deliver higher yield! 14.01.2022 Clemens has constructed a defoliation leaf remover called the EL50, not only with care and respect for the removal of leaves, but it also cleans within the flower clusters by blowing clean air from an optional second fan. This reduces fungus not only in the grape zone in general, but also in the grapes themselves. The result: healthier grapes & better wine.

12.01.2022 Shane Hanna sent us this video of the Lipco sprayer in action on his vineyard in Mt. Torrens last weekend. A great advantage of the Lipco tunnel vineyard sprayer is the recovery and recycling of the excess spray liquid. Shane is pleased with the benefits of the environmental effect of reduced spray drift and recycling that he is achieving for his early spring spraying when there is little foliage.... There is still recycling benefit to be achieved by the time the last spraying action takes place and foliage is proliferated. Throughout the season a saving of up to 40% can be reckoned with. The secret of the GSG spraying machine lies in the fact that the recovered spray liquid is suctioned off by the hydro injectors, is filtered and then fed back in to the tank. 01.01.2022 Demonstration at Shaw + Smith Vineyard Balhannah, South Australia With the Fendt 209V Vario tractor with front 3PL, we attached the Clemens Finger Wheel and Finger Hoe. On the rear, we added the Clemens hydraulic expandable twin rotor Shredder.... Row widths were 2.4M and operating speed of up to 6.5KPH was achieved. The undervine area has been worked with a Clemens double sided Radius Plus weeder, the pass with finger Wheel and Finger Hoe compliments the undervine blade work achieved at a higher operating speed.
