25.01.2022 CLEMENT MARINE ARE HIRING! Clement Marine are currently seeking general labourers to be involved in marine construction projects, generally in the Sydney area. The ideal candidate will:... Have experience in the marine / construction industry. Experience on building projects or civils projects would be advantageous. Have a strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised. Have strong health and safety focus and diligent attitude to quality. A current construction general induction (White Card). A valid driver’s licence as will be required to do some delivery and pick up (LR, MR or HR would be a plus). Excavator, Crane or Dogman experience / tickets would be beneficial. Holding a valid boat licence would be beneficial. The role is suited to someone who is looking for a position that offers them responsibility, and the opportunity to progress within the company. The ideal candidate will be a hands on person who has experience around construction machinery, whilst demonstrating a good attitude towards quality and safety. 25.01.2022 Spencer Wharf was one of the four pontoon style wharves Clement Marine are replacing around the Central Coast for Central Coast Council.

24.01.2022 Clement Marine are currently replacing four separate public wharves with pontoon style wharves around the Central Coast at Davistown Rd, Davistown; Amy St Davistown; Kendall St Empire Bay; and Wisemans Ferry Rd Spencer for Central Coast Council. Works have been completed on the first three wharves with works at Central Wharf in Davistown to be started early next year.

20.01.2022 Clement Marine recently completed the passive water craft access at Battersea Park in Abbotsford for the City of Canada Bay. This project was a design and construct project to improve the access to the Parramatta River for hand launching passive water craft including kayaks, rowing sculls and trollies carrying light aluminium dinghies.

16.01.2022 Check out this post from our supplier Ironwood Timber who are the only company in Australia that delivers a full carbon storage cycle process As part of our project at Darling Island, new decking was supplied by Ironwood then they reclaimed the old decking and have taken it back to the mill for reprocessing. As part of their future forests initiative, Ironwood will be planting 266 trees on behalf of Clement Marine.

16.01.2022 The new and improved Belmont Baths were reopened in December by Lake Macquarie Council. The original baths were damaged beyond repair in 2015 storms. Clement Marine constructed a jetty, 70m x 45m swimming enclosure and attached accessible ramp. Check out these great photos of the baths taken by Belmont local CJ Levinson Photography :)

10.01.2022 Works have just been completed on the replacement of Pleasure Point Wharf for Liverpool City Council. This was originally a construct only contract, but after providing an alternative design we were able to reduce the total project cost by 40% and cut the construction time by 2 weeks. (Photos provided by Liverpool City Council)

09.01.2022 Clement Marine completed the upgrade of the Rydalmere Ferry Wharf in March 2019. The upgrade improved the safety and accessibility of the wharf and made it quicker and more efficient to board and disembark ferries. The upgrade also provided improved weather protection, seating and waiting areas, lighting and signage.
