Those with a mental health plan will be able to claim most of the cost for the session back from Medicare. I am an experienced social worker and qualified English teacher. I have worked in health, mental health and community settings. I can offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness or other modalities depending on your needs. Together we would explore your issues and make a plan to improve your life and coping.
