22.01.2022 Hope you all train well, hope everything will just as fast as possible but meanwhile, lets talk about gym training session: Firstly I know its can be bored Then maybe you dont have enough place or materials or whatever One thing just grab your car driver or half an hour like I did yesterday to do hiking. The first thing is you are outside, so youll feel happy its still sunny and we are lucky now we can do it (keep social distance) then you will see a lot of amazing wil...d things, animals, vegetations or an amazing view. You can do a simple walking 16km cal eagle view at John Forrest national park or if you feel good do like we did yesterday 16km, 1h fast walking to warm up then the last 1h30, run for 15 and walk for 15. You will work your cardio, legs, bum I mean full body And please dont forget to stretch your body then ENJOY

07.01.2022 During the lock down of course, gym were closed. So he decided to complain about how it would be possible to keep is fit body with this issue. I said BE STRONGER THAN YOUR EXCUSES.
