20.01.2022 That little voice within can be a real downer sometimes! Try arguing back with it and instead of assuming the worst-case scenario, challenge the assumption and think more about what is possible and likely.

08.01.2022 Search Inside Yourself was born and developed at Google - it is a leadership course that encompasses emotional intelligence, mindfulness and neuroscience. Karen found the course to be inspiring and thought provoking and is looking forward to sharing some of the tips and wisdom she learnt with you over the coming weeks. Karen attended in Portland, Oregon, (known for its hipster qualities, coffee, beer and donuts! ), which gave the added benefit of hearing a wide range of perspectives from many Americans and Canadians as well as some much needed sunshine!

07.01.2022 TIP | Put your Judge Judy away! Instead of looking down at someone or getting annoyed with them, stop and ask yourself what is possible. Has the person had a bad day? Are they confused about what they should be doing? Are they worried about something else like a sick friend or family member?

I would like to share a story with you that I know she would happily share with the world.
