23.01.2022 At their annual awards Clermont Dolphins squad members each received a special cupcake & a pair goggles from their coach for daring to be different & commit to training. Not all squad members compete but participate to keep themselves fit & healthy. Pictured are our participants Courtney & Dillon Eckhart. Most successful swimmers for the season were Corbin Plate & Hayley Plate. Corbin competes next week in the State School Championships in Brisbane. Wishing Corbin all the best & enjoy the experience Corbin. Thank you Lani Shaw our very own cupcake extraordinae!!!!!

18.01.2022 Clermont Pool coach likes this quote. This can apply to Corbin and Hayley Plate and all winners in swimming. There can be no bias shown, in announcing the winner. No depending on team mates just you and you alone standing as the victor. These two siblings have shared being named winners of the Bonnie Plate Memorial trophy for the last 6 years. Why? because they train and are rewarded for doing so by usually standing as the victor, no questions needed to be asked. Extra special as Bonnie Plate is their grandmother.

18.01.2022 Clermont Pool will open at 8am 7th September. Learn to swim lessons will start when schools go back from the holidays. There will be Austswim Courses available at Dysart, at the end of October, if there are any persons wanting to become Learn to swim teachers. A huge thank you to the person or persons who returned Gabe wallet and mobile. They were left in the letterbox, so thank you very much for your honesty and taking the trouble to return them to Gabe with everything int...act, including a sum of money. Poor Gabe, he reckons his fallen down drunk days are over. Yeah yeah until next time. We will put the names of last years season ticket holders into a hat, to draw out a winner for a season pass for this season. Good luck to those and we thank you for your support. We look forward to another summer season, and providing a safe clean swimming facility.

14.01.2022 Oh yeah! while the squad was having fun Friday, Gabe was looking to the coast. He is counting down. POOR GABE!!! stuck out bush when you love the sea. Thank you Gabe from Donna for the wonderful work you do to keep Clermont Pool looking lovely and clean.

13.01.2022 This young lady and her dear mum are regular swimmers at our morning squad training sessions. Larissa is the "sole sister" who also manages her regular chores, helping feed the animals and so on while managing very well, her squad swimming. Her coach expects her to shine at this years St Josephs Swim Carnival being held this Friday 27th March. Louise keeps herself fit and trim by walking/jogging each morning and finishes her fitness regime with a cool swim. Louise believes that when one is physically fit you are also mentally alert. We agree and thank you for coming to Clermont Pool.

12.01.2022 Clermont Pool will close for winter, Anzac Day 25th April 2015 at 5pm. Opening hours for Anzac Day will by 1pm to 5pm. Thank you for another season, a privilege to share many happy times with the beautiful water babies, also the cute kids who participated in the learn to swim classes, and those who have progressed to stroke correction and squad. We are thankful for those healthy Clermont citizens who came to the pool this season. We enjoyed having Dr Jack visit us when it was possible. He is a very capable swimmer. We found that we had a mutual friend who recently married in NZ. Small world! Thanks Dr Jack for coming to Clermont and best wishes for the future.

12.01.2022 St Joseph Primary School will be holding their school carnival at the Clermont Pool Friday 27th March 2015. The pool will be closed to the public 8am to 2.30pm.

11.01.2022 Good news about stolen bicycles. Both bicycles were found where they were placed by someone within close proximity from where they were stolen. How about that!!!

09.01.2022 Fun Friday for the Clermont Swim Pool Swimming Squad. A good way to end this weeks training. One more carnival to go and the season ends. Thank you to these dedicated swimmers who choose to be different and commit to the task of training and pushing themselves. We shall not forget their parents and thank them also.

09.01.2022 Again we thank those wonderful patrons who supported this pool last season. We are thrilled to announce that Hayden and Max Smith along with their parents, Helen and Rob are the winners of a season pass for the upcoming swimming season. Erin Zordan from Digg It Art was responsible for this good result. Admission prices for this season as of 1st September 2015: Entry for all persons $2.60... 2 years and under FREE Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 years and over. SEASON TICKETS: Adult $97.35 Child to 12 years old $70.30 Family 2 adults and 2 children $205.50 extra child $40.00 Please note these prices are subject to change decided by Isaac Regional Council.

05.01.2022 A message out there for Jillian Buchanan the previous lessee/swimming coach at Clermont Pool. A gentleman from Campbells who used to deliver your potato chips etc all those years ago, had to do this weeks run out here as the usual driver was ill. He pulled up and asked "Is Jillian still here"!!!!! Jillian, he wanted to know where you are, what you are doing and I couldn't answer him. So it seems, you are still fondly remembered.

03.01.2022 Clermont Pool would like to say how nice it is to see St Josephs Primary School swimming lessons in progress. To an experienced eye there is no doubt the students are getting quality lessons provided by their teachers and teachers aides. There are sounds of laughter and fun everywhere. Good work Mr Rose and staff.
