Kate recently completed 9 years of research with her Thesis: Moving Forward - employment post-service for Australian uniformed professionals in the Defence Force, Police, and Emergency Services.... Kate is currently an advisor to the Council for Women and Families United for the Defence Service (the Council), the ANZMHA co-chair of the Program Advisory Committee for the 2020/21 Frontline Mental Health Conferences and is the appointed Chair of the Queensland Chapter, Committee Member and a Founding Member of the Red Cross Society of Women Leaders.
