09.01.2022 Did you know... our Alexandra MacDonald was in a serious plane accident just a few says before principal photography for 5MP began? Alli was on her way to Brisbane from Canada when her flight encountered severe turbulence after falling through an airpocket for several seconds. An emegency landing was made in Hawaii, where thirty people were taken to Honolulu hospital. Even the plane was dented and damaged from the impact of the turbulence and had to be replaced. Fortunately, ...all passengers were professionally tended to and cleared - and all boarded their new plane a day and a half later. Alli made it to set on the day of final rehearsals - coming straight from the airport a full 3 days behind her expected arrival. She still managed to pull this face in as many behind the scenes shots as she possibly could... and reminded us to wear our seatbelts on every flight! We kept that advice in mind as we strapped in to launch to Pluto! See more
