20.01.2022 We are open for business as usual The health of our clients and our staff is of high importance to us. We have adopted a common sense approach and implemented a number of practical measures to help minimise the spread of the coronavirus. We are providing hand sanitiser at the front desk for clients to use upon arrival and when leaving. We have implemented much stricter than already hygiene practices. This includes disinfecting all surfaces after each client, including door ha...ndles, reception areas, waiting areas and treatment rooms along with bleaching the floors regularly. We encourage pay wave to minimise cash handling at this time. Each of us will be impacted significantly by this pandemic. It is going to be tough time for small businesses the only way to help with that is to keep supporting them, we sure will be. See more

04.01.2022 Important update We are all thinking of Townsville and surrounding districts during these difficult times and would like to provide you all with an update. At present the Government is still allowing us to operate and have face to face appointments with clients. We are providing clients with the option of bringing their future appointments forward in case we are advised to close and self-isolate. If this interests you and would work with your treatment plan please ring u...s directly on 4728 1887 Due to public pools closing we have temporarily stopped our water therapy sessions. For our NDIS clients or vulnerable clients who are not wanting to engage in the community we are offering home visits. Please call to discuss whether this option would be suitable for you. If physiotherapy centres are advised to close or face to face therapy must stop, we have a few patients (especially post-operative) who are concerned about upcoming reviews to check their progress and update their program. We are presently working on telehealth services to assist anyone who needs continued care during this time. More information will follow should this situation arise. Our thoughts go out to you all during this difficult time. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us. Many thanks, Christie and the team at Cleverley Physio
