23.01.2022 ‘SHEAR SHED SCENERY’ 2021 (Series) Every year my New Years resolution is much the same. To try new things, in this case it was roustabouting. In a rural country town of New South Wales, Braidwood (AUS). JC & JL Hindmarsh own a flock of 2,000 Merino Sheep, run across two farms. I was fortunate enough to go to their leased farm in Braidwood. Where Jason Hindmarsh and Lochlan Ramm shore 260-270 sheep across two days. This was achievable with the help of four Kelpies (dogs), tw...o roustabouts, one person penning the sheep with the dogs and pressing the wool and one wool classer. I spent three hours observing, learning and taking photographs before I had a go at roustabouting for two hours. (My) this series is inspired by the nature of agriculture life in Australia and my roustabouting experience on the day. I’d like to thank everyone involved for making my experience great! 20.01.2022 My most recent getaway down to Canberra to visit family was great! Walked away with many photographs I am happy with. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find any Echidnas or (alive) Wombats. So, Sheep, cliffs by the ocean and horses became my focus

17.01.2022 The Braidwood Races was a great change of scenery after taking photos at the Gold Coast Magic Millions barrier draw and at the yearling sales. From coast to country! There was a great turn out across the 6 races Yesterday, I visited Darkmoor’s Shires and Clydesdales. I met their gorgeous stallions, mares and adorable weanlings.
