17.01.2022 As a person, and business, which both thrives and relies on human interactions, I've found living under stage 4 restrictions especially difficult. I've spent the last month or so not even glancing at my camera gear as it just reminded me of what I'm no longer able to do. But as I reflected on this feeling, I came to the realisation that there's no "missing out" in this lockdown, no "I wish...", no "I just want to go back to..." as how our lives were prior to COVID-19, they wi...ll likely not be again. And even though that can be a scary and confronting thought, it's equally exciting and opportunistic. We'll see more businesses operating locally, more consideration into where customers purchase from and systems and services improving to better meet client's needs. So as boring, challenging and isolating as it may be to push through the final weeks of stage 4 restrictions, I know there's a lot of good things coming and I can't wait to get out capturing riders in our new-normal.
