14.01.2022 After weeks of receiving emails from suppliers about price increases, I penned this email Long-time small customer. Over the past week I have had multiple emails; from paper merchants to wide format suppliers. They all start out the same these are certainly challenging and unprecedented times we are all facing, (a phrase I will be glad to see the back of). But then we get the coup de grace, another round of price increases. While there is little we can do about it and befo...re just accepting it as, due to the significant weakening of the Australian dollar, I thought Id mention what it is like to run a small family business, the backbone of the nation in these unprecedented times. We cant and dont just pass on price increases to our customers, as a matter of fact we have absorbed a lot from our suppliers for a number of years, simply to remain competitive with the market. We dont get the same pricing & discounts afforded to the big players. Everything we purchase is more expensive because we are a small player. We never have weeks of work in front of us, more like days, every dollar is monitored and spent wisely. Thats why we run a model small business ensuring supplier payments, wages, superannuation and taxes are all up to date. Though today thats not good enough, we are also expected to carry the weight of Shareholders expectations; that their dividends hold up and that means, squeeze more out of the little fella. Now with businesses crashing all around us and with many struggling to get to the end of the financial year, along comes another price increase. Its all a bit of a merry go round, the fewer of us small players around, the larger discounts to the big players will need to be made to maintain market share. Unfortunately for us all, 5% of 0 is always 0. We wish you and your family the best of health and hope we all get through this and see you on the other side Kind Regards, Brendan

13.01.2022 Great to be part of the local business community. Nepean Business Network Good afternoon, Thank you so much to everyone for attending yesterday mornings annual Melbourne Cup Charity Breakfast. As you heard during the speeches yesterday, all of the money raised from the breakfast will go to the Penrith Community Kitchen to help them remain afloat and continue providing meals to those in need.... I am so pleased to be able to tell you, that thanks to the generosity of all of you who attended, those who provided us with raffle prizes, purchased 100 club raffle tickets and provided items that we could auction off (and those who were unable to attend but provided us with financial donations), we raised $38,337.50!! I would also like to once again make mention of our sponsors for this years event. Their donations greatly assisted us in breaking the record of raising the most amount of money for a nominated charity from all previous Nepean Business Network Melbourne Cup breakfasts. The Great Walk Foundation Adams & Partners Lawyers Judge Accountants Steadfast Group Limited Bank of Queensland Community Broker Network ClickMedia Digital Printers who kindly donated all of our signs, flyers, name tags and 100 club tickets We would also like to thank Shane Simpson and the staff at Caf 2773, their hospitality and service was fantastic. I think we can all agree that we have an amazing local business community!

01.01.2022 It is always fantastic to receive a thank you. Hi Brendan, I had a call from Marta today singing Clickmedias praises with these. She was most impressed that all items were wrapped in campus lots/ bubble wrapped so neatly and with the early delivery on Wednesday which she was thankful for, and thanks to Daniel for the delivery. A happy customer which is always a good thing even with the challenging spreadsheet request we had to work through. Thanks again. Regards
