20.01.2022 A quick bit of advice, if you have been with the same provider for the NBN for more than 3 months you should call them and try and get an upgrade to your speed as the NBN has told all providers to lower the price of the higher speeds effective now. If you are thinking of changing providers, now is the time to do it as all providers should be passing the new prices to any new customers.

07.01.2022 I've been getting a lot of questions regarding the compulsory digital check in to businesses from the 23rd of November. 1. You don't NEED to use the Services NSW QR code if you are a business owner, it is just available to make it easier for you. 2. If you are a business that requires to keep digital records of people you MUST have an alternate method of keeping details. This can include a tablet with a form for customers to use or pen and paper for people to use with an empl...oyee coping those details into a digital storage system, even just an Excel spreadsheet. 3. If your phone, or the plan your phone is on doesn't allow for scanning of QR codes or using the Services NSW app, which a lot of people face, the business MUST have an alternate method of tracking people.
