The constr...uction was simple and we completed it all on Christmas Eve with much time to sit back, have a beer and enjoy the thought of the kids faces the next morning! Postage and Packaging was efficient. Instructions are satisfactory but the You Tube video walk throughs were very helpful to eliminate any confusion. I assembled most of it in the garage by myself, but obviously needed assistance for putting the frames and bigger things together. The provided square driv...er bit was very handy. We brought the Nova as it looked cool and had a wide selection of features, which would suit kids of all ages for a long time. First of all delivery was super quick and everything came well packaged ad labelled. It came with super easy to follow instructions which me and my partner followed to put it together (didnt even end in a fight haha)... She absolutely adores it definitely a great investment piece! I was a pain in the backside and wanted to change a few things in the set up design when assembling it. I spoke with the team and they were incredibly helpful and investigated and emailed my a solution with detailed steep by step plans. The instructions are written by somebody who can actually speak En...glish and who has obviously put a climbing frame together themselves! (Which is a welcome change to other flat packs Ive assembled in the past!) Its quite time consuming to assemble the whole thing, but in saying that, very easy also.
