23.01.2022 Hi everyone. One of the tree-care services that we offer is the installation of custom-made support cabling for damaged trees or those with structural weaknesses. We place a bolt on each side of the tree leaders and install a metal cable between them to hold the limbs together and prevent failure. A turn-buckle allows the tension of the cable to be adjusted over time. If you are concerned about the structural health of your tree please call me to arrange a free obligation-free assessment. 07.01.2022 We found this female Wolf Spider under a 100 year old Pinus radiata in Aldgate in a back yard on Monday. We were doing major surgery on the tree so we relocated her to a nearby stack of abandoned wood. She was carrying an egg sack.
