11.01.2022 Clime Investment Management Limited (ASX: CIW) this week reported their FY19 financial result to the market. The underlying cash profit for the Group was $3.22M, up $1.01M or 46% on the prior corresponding period (PCP). Statutory profit before income tax was $2.10M, up $0.73M or 53% on PCP. Statutory profit after income tax was $1.46M, up $0.40M or 37% on PCP. Total assets under management grew to $924M, up $69M or 8.1% on PCP.

07.01.2022 Third (September) quarter production recovered strongly from the June quarter, when the Pluto LNG gas liquefaction facility was closed for maintenance including the unplanned extra fortnight caused by problems restarting its mixed refrigerant compressor.

07.01.2022 Australia’s trade surplus has ballooned and has now virtually taken our current account into surplus as well - an extraordinary turnaround that highlights the exceptional returns being generated on capital investments made by international companies in Australia over the last 20 years. While the trade surplus is generated largely via China through our massive commodity and energy export sector, our US trade position has slipped into a deficit as the US continues to protect parts of its agriculture sector.

04.01.2022 Clime Investment Management (ASX:CIW) reported its 2019 results recently. Following what has been a transformative year, Directors have announced a fully franked final dividend of 1.5 cents per share.

04.01.2022 Lovisa is a highly profitable and well-managed business with a global store rollout which is fully funded by free cash flow. Group store numbers increased by 64 over FY2019, to 390 stores - of which only 19 are currently operating in the US, highlighting the long term growth potential.
