What’s your fav exterior navy or white - help me out! I love the navy and white as we are just a few houses from the #beach, inside will be white and #soothing so we could go bold outside. 14.01.2022 Private practice can be lonely at times. Things that I’ve found helpful are: Attending regular PD’s - chat and hang out with your people. Having regular supervision. Have #peer #supervision. Working in places that are #beautiful and #therapeutic for you aswell. Have #self #care practices.... I have wanted to create a workplace for people in private practice for a long time. A #hub of great practitioners who can chat and learn together. Creating a space where we too can have the benefits of working together. Some #fun, good conversations and learning. 11.01.2022 We know the work #clients do between session, greatly impacts how they move through issues. I always set a tiny bit of #reflection for homework or a question to ponder from the session or a practice of #nurturing when difficult #emotions arise. Just something little to help the client develop skills outside the session. I check in with them about it next session but it’s never a big deal if they haven’t done it. Just another touch point that we remember and we #care.

11.01.2022 When clients love to #read it’s such a great asset for their #wellbeing. I love it when clients are grappling with books and the contents and want to nut it all out In the context of their own #life. There are So many women reading this piece of gold at the moment.
