08.01.2022 The ANZUP led trial #ENZAMET, coordinated by CTC scooped the pool at the ACTA Trial of the Year Awards Ceremony - a fantastic achievement and the first trial to win all three awards - Trial of the Year, STInG, and Consumer Involvement. Our Andrew Martin accepted the ACTA STInG award (for excellence in trial statistics) on behalf of the team.

03.01.2022 Congratulations to Professor Lisa Askie who has been appointed a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Health and Medical Sciences along with 27 other outstanding people. Lisa worked at the CTC for over 15 years before recently starting a new role at the WHO in Geneva as a Methods Scientist. https://lnkd.in/gTJiXDc

03.01.2022 To date, 18 living recommendations for the clinical care of pregnant and postpartum women with COVID19 have been issued by the National COVID19 Clinical Evidence Taskforce. Our Saskia Cheyne is part of the taskforce which ensures clinicians in Australia have reliable, evidencebased guidelines for clinical decisionmaking.
