Each person in your team, your pracs, admin and managers can see who they need to call and when. Each relevant person with correct permissions can see the history of the calls, and see what has happened by who and when. ... 06.01.2022 Nookal users, Filter for "Invoice Items" is open for everyone. Now you can enjoy creating patient groups and communicating with your patients based on items they have in their invoices regardless of their appointment status.... This has some effects on your account: 1) The Show Performance report for campaigns is not going to show any monetary calculations unless you activate this new feature 2) Some of your dashboard metrics that are financial are not going to show any numbers unless you activate this feature.
