21.01.2022 This is a little something I had the pleasure of writing up for a client today, and a message I truly believe in! A friend told me yesterday that she had marked the 1st of every month down in her calendar as a day to check in with all those people in her life she loves but often forgets to touch base with, which I thought was beautiful We’re all busy, and as a result it can be easy to fall into the habit of relying on big days like Valentine’s to show our affection. While making grand gestures on this day is great, be sure you’re scattering some of those smaller, meaningful gestures throughout the year too. You never know how much impact they can have for someone who may be struggling!

09.01.2022 Happy Valentine’s Day to my other half! Thanks for always keeping me sane, talking me down off the ledge when I go on one of my spirals, making me laugh when I’m stressed up to my eyeballs, listening to me rant about social media, algorithms and influencers and pretending like you know what’s going on when you actually have no clue And perhaps most importantly, thank you for always cheerleading me and making me believe in myself and my abilities even when I let the doubts... creep in Running a business is bloody hard work. There’s hours of over time, dealing with constantly being ‘on’, having to wear all the hats (even the ones you’re not that great at) and trying to live up to the expectations you’ve set for yourself Honestly, my personal success and the success of CLJ Media would not be what it is right now if I didn’t have this guy by my side the whole time He selflessly drops everything to help me when I need it and is just in general the greatest person there is, and my complete and utter rock So here’s to all the partner’s, who are lurking in the background, the ones our audiences may not even know exist, but do so, so much to help the businesses we’ve created for ourselves

08.01.2022 Long time no talk, amigos! Can you believe it’s already a new year?! . After a few glorious, work free weeks off out in the sticks, I've finally been able to get my head focused and really plan out where I want to take CLJ Media and what I want to do to help you all . In 2018, I started the year off with some very grand plans... yet here I stand exactly 12 months later with approximately 0% of that completed ... . Yep, I fell into the classic trap where I got so busy with my client work that I just didn't have time to get my own stuff done . While I didn’t achieve what I set out to, the opportunities that came my way turned out to be exactly what I needed so I could end up here, much more experienced, much more knowledgable, and in a much better position to take CLJ Media to new places . SO! Without further ado... here's what you have to look forward to . First and foremost, if you’re an email subscriber, my monthly newsletters are back! . 04.01.2022 Hello world, this is me (Except 10x more glam and airbrushed than I currently look. Kudos, Snapchat Filter, for removing those dark circles and look of utter exhaustion ) . My social media feeds are fairly quiet these days so I just thought I’d check in to let everyone know I’m alive .... Currently living my best life working from the floor with a hot water bottle on my back (cheers, random, agonising pain that attacks when I least expect/want and no one can figure out what you actually are ) . How is everyone else’s Wednesday going? . Ps - While I (somewhat) have your attention - what do you guys actually want to see from me on here (apart from super glam snapchat selfies of course)?? What kind of content do you want me to share? . Throw a girl some hints so she can stop being a super creeper lurking on everyone else’s profiles and actually start giving you something that you want .
