20.01.2022 Our Year 6 students participated in an Explore Your Future Incursion where university students and staff came to our school yesterday and hosted some hands-on job exploration activities about Artwork in a Box, Health and Science and Engineering. Student Ambassadors with similar lived experiences as our students shared stories about their own journey, the importance of education and their top tips.

13.01.2022 Thank you to Dymocks, who are fundraising for our great school. If you click on the link below you will be able to see how much this store has raised so far. Simply click on the Clontarf State School logo to find out our current total and remember that Dymocks will double any amount that is raised in RRP of books. So for example, if $1,000 is raised, Clontarf Beach State School will be able to select at least $2,000 RRP of brand new books. Special Christmas Baubles will be available for sale from now until the end of December. These baubles cost $2 or $5 with 100% of proceeds going straight to purchase brand new books for our school. Thank you to Dymocks! We really, really appreciate your support of our Clontarf Stars!!

13.01.2022 From SZ app - Swimming Carnivals As a show of good faith, with the relaxing of some restrictions, we are opening up the swimming carnivals to parents with strict Covid safe measures in place. There will be limited numbers permitted ie no more than 1-2 family members per session. Adults will need to sign in at the office and go to the pool grand stands and sit in the allocated space. All adults will need to enter at the start of each session and exit the school at the en...d of each session. Adults cannot remain in the pool area or school at break times. The session times are: Prep Yr 1 Thursday 8.45 10.45am Yr 2 Yr 3 (born 2012) Thursday 11.25am 1.25pm Yr 3 (born 2011) Yr 4 Friday 8.45 10.45am Yr 5 Yr 6 Friday 11.25am 1.25pm Looking forward to great swimming carnivals that comply with the EQ Covid Safe Plan.
