16.01.2022 I a hope everyone is keeping well and safe. I am sure we all have received or found endless articles to read. But I thought this one was pretty efficient in its information and not too long. Also it is mainly addressed to academics, it is trying to tell us that we are going through something pretty exceptional and it is normal we are going through different stages dealing with it. So lets be kind to ourselves, accept the situation but also accept the way we react to it. Bit b...y bit we will adapt, but may we be patient we ourselves. It is ok if we don't suddenly do everything that has been on the back burner for a while, or suddenly do tones of exercise,etc.... Keep healthy and happy but at your own pace, or the pace you can manage just now. Then once you have the mind space/emotional energy you can start to learn a new language or whatever else you ve always wanted to do.
