22.01.2022 With all that is going on in the world right now, its the perfect opportunity to go inwards, do your inner work, find your calm in the chaos, shift your mindsets and breakthrough from limiting beliefs. I think we are all feeling the sting at times - I know I am! But what an incredible time for a bit of an energetic and mindset tune up! I recommend meditation, dancing, singing, nourishing, orgasming, resting, reading. there is honestly SO much that can be done in this downti...me. Its a chance to make changes in your own life and form new healthier habits. I understand that some people are experiencing fear and feeling anxiousness at the moment - I understand it because I have felt it at times too, and what I have found is doing the inner work and staying calm during the chaos really helps in these times of unsureness. Through these times I am choosing to see the polarity of uncertainty and what I know to be true. I am diving into the depths of my own soul to discover what is present and what can shift in order to make way for a better experience. I am choosing to nourish my body and mind, to stretch, to dance, and to rest. I am honouring the parts that feel scared, uncomfortable and at times nervous. I am shifting my thoughts away from having a negative experience, to just being in the moment, armed with light and love, and a sense of calm and peace. Through this experience I want to share this magic with others, who may be feeling they cant do it on their own. I am here for you. If you feel uncentred inside, if youre experiencing anxious thoughts, if youre feeling a little out of balance and if you feel like you could use a power session with me, then shoot me a message.
