09.01.2022 Clough’s team working on the Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) for BHP’s US $3.6 billion South Flank project has achieved a major safety milestone, succeeding 365 days recordable injury free through over 730,000 work-hours. This is an achievement to be celebrated; it was only made possible by the hard work and dedication of the entire Clough NPI team to continuously improve the safety culture on the project. Numerous high-risk work activities such as engineered lifts, workin...g at heights, commissioning and energisation were completed during this time frame, and the team continued to innovate with safe methods of work, empowering their workforce to stop any unsafe acts and implement safety protocols to avoid any recordable injuries.
