22.01.2022 It’s no surprise that the stress of 2020 has probably caused most of us to completely deplete our magnesium levels, so it's important to be aware of what habits may also be at play. Here’s some things to watch out for: - Too much caffeine - As a diuretic, it causes your body to flush out mag quickly, meaning that your body doesn’t have enough time to properly break down the mineral and make the most of it. Consider sticking to one serve a day, hav...ing some caffeine free days and replenishing your levels with our Mag oil every day. Stress - the body uses up magnesium stores in response to stress - and a body without enough magnesium will exhibit more symptoms of stress!
