05.01.2022 Clover Skincare’s 7 Steps to achieving flawless makeup free skin; 1 - REPAIR Repair any damage that has been done to your skin ie; sun damage, acne scars, hyperpigmentation etc. This can be achieved by a visit to a dermatologist, where they can prescribe the best treatment for your skin condition.... 2 - EXCERCISE, DIET & SLEEP Exercise and diet play a significant role in the appearance of your skin. Excercise will get the blood circulating, giving skin a healthy youthful glow. 30 minutes a day is all it takes. Diet will nourish the skin from the inside. A healthy clean diet consists of non processed foods. Foods high in antioxidants do wonders for your skin, as does drinking plenty of water. What’s good for your body, is good for your skin. Sleeping at least 8 hours at night will allow your skin to rejuvenate, repair and revitalise for youthful looking skin. 3 - EXFOLIATE Exfoliating is so important because it removes the dead skin cells sitting on the surface of our skin which creates dullness and uneven skin tone. Exfoliating deep cleanses the skin allowing the cleanser and moisturiser to be more effective in its absorption. 04.01.2022 So great to use to get my skin soft, but super clean at the same time! I used the soap all throughout uni and with continuous use it cleared away all my stress pimples within a few days. The only ‘cleanser’ i use on my face is this amazing soap!!! (Also fantastic at removing makeup)
