23.01.2022 Now more than ever we all need to be aware of not only our own mental health, but that of our nearest & dearest. I can not recommend this 2 day workshop enough given that we are not able to get on the dance floor just yet. Look after yourself, your family & your friends.

21.01.2022 Important Announcement * A message from Laurie & Rach* We would like to take this moment to announce that after 10 years of owning Club Jive and many years prior to this as venue managers and teachers, we have decided to step back as the owners of Club Jive. After a lot of thought and mixed emotions, we have decided to pass the baton over to our wonderful team who will continue Club Jive in 2020 and beyond.... We want to express that Club Jive will remain as you know it! We will still be a part of the wider teaching team and will continue to support Club Jive. Your dedicated, talented and qualified team Alan, Amanda, Billy, Garry, Henry, Jamie, Jenny, Jess, Karen, Rod & Shaz - will continue the classes and events that you know and love as well as bring with it a fresh and renewed energy. We wholeheartedly want to thank each and every one of you for your friendship and support during our time of owning Club Jive. These dance classes wouldn’t be what they are without the wonderful people who walk in the doors each week. We all look forward to so many wonderful dancing moments with you all in 2020 and hope to see your smiling faces on Tuesday 14th. :-)

17.01.2022 We are back in action TONIGHT! Make sure you join us from 7pm as we kick up our heels to start another fantastic year on the dance floor. All new students are welcome! You don't have to book in for your classes and our weeks are flexible, so you can come along at any time. And at only $13.00 per class, it's a total winner. Held at 30 Crebert Street Mayfield... Beginners kicks off at 7.00pm with plenty of social dancing and a fantastic Intermediate class to follow. Hope to see you there!

12.01.2022 Well that was fun!!! Thank you so much to everyone who was able to join us for our Christmas party to celebrate another incredible year on the dance floor. We hope you all had a fabulous afternoon as we did. Thanks to our teachers for showing us your moves in our mini dance class and to all who joined in our teacher/student dance off... you did a fabulous job! Very entertaining. Don't forget we are still teaching for the next 2 weeks so keep joining us on Mondays and Tuesdays until 10th December. Merry Christmas!!

05.01.2022 Hi everyone, Given the current situation the world is in & the recent government guidelines that have been released, we are going to cancel all dance classes indefinitely until further notice. We know we don’t come under the category of a gathering of 500 or more, but feel the principle is still the same. We are not sure if this is an overreaction or good preparation but given dancing is contact & up close we feel it is the responsible thing to do & we want to keep our small community safe as we can. The cancellation will include both Salamander Bay & Mayfield classes. We will miss all of you in the short term, but when this crisis is under control we will definitely be back & hope you all support us again. We will keep you updated as we know more but until then stay safe. Regards Clubjive.
