Competing In our A team ~ we have Chris Rhodes making his 1st time debut in the team, no doubt he is going to smash through all events superbly, Chris Kable boss man capitano, all round smashing legend and athlete, Mitch Case brings a strong game to every Comp and will do us proud in everything. Our girls Jasmine Hedger strong, fit and a sassy asset to our team, Sonya Louise bringing strength, beauty and braun & with Linda Marie Kable who will be bringing nice shoes Kicking off Lake Lyell Recreation Park @8am then following on to the gym please come !!

The top 20 teams of Australia will be throwing down. The winning team qualifying through to the CrossFit Games.
