18.01.2022 I went to my first spin class this morning! As a moutain biker for 10-yrs now, I found this to be a great fitness option to strengthen my riding, and rehabilitate a small foot injury I have. There are some great options for spin around South Sydney. Check out Elite PTSC if youre interested in checking one out!
