25.01.2022 Yesterday it was wonderful to see the return of the Down South Jazz Club and some live music in the Rockpool Garden. Colleen Spillane (vocals), Sam Martin (double bass) and Paul Dion (keyboards) performed for A Pleasant Sunday Afternoon of Jazz. Apart from a brief spot of rain the weather was perfect and the audience soaked up the experience appreciatively. The event sold out and everyone did the right thing to keep the event Covid safe, Thanks to all who attended.

18.01.2022 Huge congratulations to I Putu and Voya. Please join us in congratulating staff members I Putu Apriadi and Voya Jovanovic on the completion of their studies. Apprentice chef I Putu and senior chef Voya (Diploma in Hospitality Management) both graduated from Bega TAFE last night at an industry dinner. ... The night featured a mouth watering degustation menu of local produce prepared and managed by I Putu and Voya and their fellow students and teachers from Bega TAFE. Both men have shown great tenacity and commitment to complete and excel in their studies despite complications and interruptions this year due to the bushfires and Covid-19. Well done I Putu and Voya, the team at Club Sapphire are very proud of you both. 06.01.2022 Club Sapphire's AGM 2020 was held this morning. It was a good meeting and well attended. Peter Moore - Chairman, Christine Keens - Deputy Chairman, Ian Martin - Treasurer and Bill Dejong - Director were all unanimously re-elected, joining Felecity White, Ricky Holt, Greg Halloran. Thanks to all those who attended.
