08.01.2022 Finally an update on the Home Builders Grant. Applications still not available though. The short version : $25,000 grant is avaiable to build a new home, substantially renovate an existing home or buy an off the plan home/new home. Where construction commenced on or after 4 June 2020 not before.... The building contract must be signed between 4 June 2020 and 31 December 2020. Construction must commence within three months of the contract date. Applications must be received by 31 December 2020. (Applications still not available though.) Payment: New build Grant is paid after foundations have been laid and the first progress payment has been made to the builder A substantial renovation Grant is paid after $150,000 of the contract price has been paid to the builder. https://www.revenue.nsw.gov.au/grants-schemes/homebuilder Happy to help with this process where ever I can. 05.01.2022 Our very much loved family member Scout has gone missing from Killawarra since lunchtime Sunday if the locals could keep an eye out please. This girl is such an important part of our family. Her best mate she was with was found deceased so fingers crossed this girl is not injured Several possible sightings again Friday on Nowendoc Rd Killawarra one around 4.5kms up heading back towards Wingham, but not 100% sure if its her. Really appreciate if anyone could let us know if they see anything at all. 0413388670
